1. Contractual Relationship
By using songjogshop.com, you agree to a legally binding contract between you and Songjog Shop. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Product Descriptions & Natural Variation

Representational Images: Images of fish, meat, and vegetables are for illustrative purposes. Natural products will vary in size, color, and shape.

Weight Variance Policy: For products sold by weight (e.g., a whole Hilsa or a side of Beef), the weight at the time of sourcing will be the invoiced weight. Some moisture loss or weight reduction due to cleaning/dressing (gutting fish, removing fat) is natural. We aim for a precision of ±5\%, but slight variations are not grounds for a refund.
3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are in BDT and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

If a product is accidentally mispriced (e.g., ৳10 instead of ৳1000), we reserve the right to cancel the order even if it was confirmed.
4. User Conduct & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Prohibited Actions: You may not use bots to scrape our prices, engage in "Order Hoarding" (placing large orders with no intent to receive them), or use abusive language with our delivery staff.
5. Limitation of Liability
Songjog Shop is not liable for any health issues arising from improper storage or undercooking of raw products once delivered. We are also not liable for delivery delays caused by "Force Majeure" events (strikes, floods, or national internet outages).
