Inside Dhaka: 06 to 72 hours.
Outside Dhaka: 2 to 7 working days.
Note: These timelines are subject to change during public holidays, political unrest, or extreme weather conditions.

To ensure maximum freshness, Songjog Shop utilizes a "Green Channel" logistics system:

Cold-Chain Integrity: Perishables are transported in insulated containers or via rapid-delivery riders to minimize heat exposure.
Morning/Evening Slots: We prioritize the delivery of fresh items during cooler hours of the day.
Mandatory Availability: For perishable orders, the customer (or a representative) must be available at the delivery location during the scheduled window. If the rider cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may be cancelled to prevent food spoilage.

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

The destination (Inside vs. Outside Dhaka).
The total weight and volume of the parcel.
The specific handling requirements (e.g., "Live" fish or "Fragile" items). Exact charges will be confirmed to the user over phone or WhatsApp before you finalize your order.
