Payment Policy 

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Songjog Shop provides multiple secure payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most locations. Please ensure you have the exact change ready for our delivery agent.

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Bank Transfer: Direct electronic fund transfer, typically for large or documented payments.
  
  

2. Advance Payment Guidelines

In strict compliance with the Bangladesh Bank and Ministry of Commerce guidelines:

• Ready Stock: 100% advance payment is permitted.

• Pre-Order/Sourced Items: We only accept a maximum of 10% advance payment. The remaining 90% must be paid only after the product is ready for delivery or at the time of delivery.
  
  

3. Payment Security

All digital payments are processed through encrypted, 3D-secure gateways. Songjog Shop does not store your card numbers, CVV, or MFS PINs. All transactions are handled by Bangladesh Bank-authorized payment service providers.

4. Failed Transactions

In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed, please contact your bank or MFS provider. The amount is usually reverted within 72 hours by the respective financial institution.
